Performance & Longevity Coach
Your partner in sustainable performance.
There's more to the story.
Let me tell you.
You're not new to fitness. You've done the gym memberships, the apps, maybe even a trainer or two. You know what you should be doing.
But life gets complicated. Work takes over. Energy runs low. And somehow, you find yourself starting over. Again.
You're not lazy. You're not lacking willpower. You're just stuck in a cycle that wasn't designed for how you actually live.
I've spent over a decade coaching people exactly like you. Executives, professionals, doctors, busy parents. High performers in every part of life except this one. I've been a Fitness Manager. I've trained and mentored other trainers. And I've seen the same pattern repeat itself for years: smart people, capable people, trapped in stop-start cycles with their health.
That's where I come in.
If we decide to work together, here's how it begins:
A real conversation. I want to understand your life: your schedule, your stress, your medical history, what's worked, what hasn't. If you have health conditions like hypertension or diabetes, we work with your doctor's clearance and build around your reality.
Not a template. A plan designed around your starting point, your time, your energy, and what you're actually willing to do. Sessions, home work, lifestyle adjustments. All realistic, all sustainable.
This is where most programs fail. Life happens. We adapt. I track your progress, we review together, and we adjust as things change. No guesswork. No random workouts.
I won't promise you a six-pack in 60 days. But here's what I've seen happen, over and over, with clients who commit to the process:
Clients reducing their diabetes medication under medical supervision.
Clients training pain-free after years of chronic injury.
Clients waking up with energy they forgot they had.
Clients whose doctors are now talking about maintenance, not warnings.
It's not dramatic. It's not loud. It's just a quiet, steady shift toward a body you can actually trust.
Most of my clients stay with me for one to four years. Not because they're locked into a contract, but because the results keep coming, and the process actually fits their life.
And if nothing changes? Usually, nothing changes. The extra weight, the afternoon fatigue, the nagging pain. They just become your "normal."
My work is to stop that slide. And slowly pull you in the other direction.
Progress isn't about pushing harder. It's about showing up consistently, adapting intelligently, and trusting the process.

About
Performance & Longevity Coach, Abu Dhabi
I'm not for everyone. Here's who tends to get the best results with me.
You've built a career, but your body paid the price. High blood pressure, pre-diabetes, weight that crept up over the years. Your doctor is concerned. You need a structured approach that takes your health seriously, not a bootcamp that ignores your reality.
You're in your 40s, 50s, or beyond, and you've never really trained properly. Maybe it feels intimidating. Maybe you're not sure where to begin. You need someone who meets you where you are, not where a 25-year-old fitness influencer thinks you should be.
Tennis, padel, golf, swimming. You've always been active, but now things hurt that didn't used to. You want to keep playing for decades, not months. You need training that supports your sport and protects your body.
You were fit once. Then life happened. An injury, an illness, a long break. Now you're ready to come back, but you're not the same person you were. You need a coach who respects where you've been and helps you rebuild sustainably.
If you're looking for a quick fix, a 6-week shred, or someone who'll look the other way while you chase shortcuts, I'm not the right fit. No hard feelings.
I'm currently accepting a limited number of new clients. If you'd like to see if we're a good fit, send me a message.
