A real conversation. I want to understand your life: your schedule, your stress, your medical history, what's worked, what hasn't. If you have health conditions like hypertension or diabetes, we work with your doctor's clearance and build around your reality.

Not a template. A plan designed around your starting point, your time, your energy, and what you're actually willing to do. Sessions, home work, lifestyle adjustments. All realistic, all sustainable.

This is where most programs fail. Life happens. We adapt. I track your progress, we review together, and we adjust as things change. No guesswork. No random workouts.
